| As the name suggests these take place on the first Sunday of the Month. They are organised by LOAF Project to bring together people from different Fellowships and sections of the community. Distances are about 3-4 miles but there is usually a shorter option available. 30 - 50 people regularly take part. Oct 7th 2.30pm Battle Great Wood: Meet at the car park in Marley Lane Nov 4th 2.00pm (earlier time because of days getting darker earlier) Around Crowhurst: Meet at Crowhurst Recreation Ground Dec 2nd 2.00pm Guestling Woods: Meet at Guestling Church There is no charge to take part, and sometimes there is even tea and biscuits to follow – or in the summer people can bring picnics. Good walking boots/shoes are needed, children welcome as are dogs. All walkers take part at their own risk |
| Healing prayer is available every Saturday from 3-4pm with a trained team of caring people from many churches across town, at the Salvation Army Citadel, St. Andrews Square near the town centre.
